These Terms govern your access to RealF4F digital products and seat-based subscriptions. By creating an account, starting a trial, or paying, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

RealF4F provides digital creator tools (for example: Reels/short-form templates, viral hooks, caption packs, content calendar materials, and AI prompt libraries) delivered online as a subscription with optional team seats. We do not sell fake followers, bots, engagement pods, or guaranteed rankings/income.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and invited seats.
  • We may suspend accounts for fraud, chargebacks abuse, sharing credentials publicly, or illegal use.

3. Subscriptions & seat billing

  • Plans are billed per seat (example: price × number of seats) on a monthly or yearly cycle as shown at checkout.
  • You may change seat quantity where the product allows; Stripe may prorate upgrades/downgrades according to Stripe’s billing rules.
  • Prices, features, and trial length are shown on the pricing/checkout pages and may change for future periods; material changes will be reflected before you renew where required by law.
  • Taxes may apply based on your location and Stripe Tax / local rules.

4. Free trial

  • If offered, a free trial requires a valid payment method at checkout (via Stripe or another enabled processor).
  • You will not be charged until the trial ends, unless you upgrade or purchase something that states otherwise.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and renews until canceled.
  • Trial eligibility may be limited (e.g. one trial per customer/payment method) to prevent abuse.

5. Auto-renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate for the selected interval (monthly/yearly) until you cancel. You authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method on file for renewals, seat changes, and applicable taxes.

6. Cancellation (your rights)

  • How to cancel: Customer dashboard → Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal), or email admin@realf4f.com from your account email.
  • When to cancel to avoid the first paid charge: cancel before the free trial ends.
  • After you cancel: you keep access until the end of the current paid period already paid for (or until trial end if canceled during trial), unless we terminate earlier for breach.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically reverse charges already successfully processed (see Refunds).
  • We do not lock you into dark patterns: the billing portal is the primary self-serve cancel path.

7. Refunds

Because the product is digital access delivered immediately:

  • Trial period: cancel before trial end to avoid the first charge — that is the cleanest no-charge path.
  • After a paid charge: refunds are handled case-by-case. If you were double-charged, charged after a confirmed timely cancellation, or access failed due to our error, contact admin@realf4f.com within 7 days of the charge with your receipt/email. We may refund or credit via Stripe at our discretion or as required by law.
  • Change of mind / downloaded content: once digital vault access has been granted and used, refunds are generally not owed for “I changed my mind,” except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise in your country.
  • Chargebacks: please contact us first. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account closure.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction (including EU/UK withdrawal rights where they apply to your purchase type).

8. License to digital materials

  • While your subscription status is trialing or active, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates, hooks, captions, calendars, and prompts for your content and client work as described on the site.
  • Commercial use for client projects is allowed while subscribed, unless a specific asset says otherwise.
  • You may not resell, repackage, publicly re-upload our vault files as your own product, share seat logins beyond purchased seats, or scrape the library for redistribution.
  • When the subscription ends, the license ends. Delete distributed vault copies you no longer have rights to use; content you already published organically on social platforms may remain live.

9. Acceptable use

  • No illegal content, scams, malware, or impersonation.
  • No using our materials to promote fake engagement, fake followers, or fraudulent offers.
  • No attacking, scraping, or overloading our systems.
  • No reverse engineering payment or seat controls.

10. No guarantees

We provide tools and education-style assets. We do not guarantee followers, views, revenue, virality, algorithm outcomes, or business results. Examples and templates are illustrative.

11. Honest marketing

We do not use fake “someone just purchased” notifications or fabricated customer counts. Testimonials (if any) will reflect real, consented feedback. Trust signals describe real payment and cancel mechanics (e.g. Stripe Checkout, Customer Portal).

12. Third-party services

Payments and identity checks may be processed by Stripe, PayPal, or other processors under their terms. Hosting, email, and analytics providers may process data as described in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for outages of third-party networks beyond reasonable efforts to restore access.

13. Intellectual property

The site, brand, and product library are owned by RealF4F or its licensors. Your feedback may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

14. Disclaimers & liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits — in those places, our liability is limited to the minimum allowed.

15. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify RealF4F against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or law.

16. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud risk, non-payment, or legal requirement. You may stop using the service and cancel as described above.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted. For material adverse changes to paid terms, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

18. Governing law

Unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s principal place of business, without conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that venue have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your local consumer court rights.
