This Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our website and subscription service.

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

  • Account: name, email, password hash, optional company name.
  • Subscription: plan, seats, status, trial/period dates, provider subscription IDs.
  • Billing: handled by Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store full card numbers. We may store last4/brand only if the processor provides them, plus invoice/payment references.
  • Support: messages you send us.
  • Technical: IP address, browser type, basic logs for security and debugging, cookies/session for login and preferences (e.g. theme, language).
  • Optional: CAPTCHA/reCAPTCHA signals if enabled; AI chat content if you use admin/customer AI features.

3. Why we process data

  • Provide the subscription, seats, and digital downloads.
  • Process payments, trials, renewals, cancellations, and invoices.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Customer support and service messages.
  • Improve the product and site reliability.
  • Comply with law and enforce Terms.

Legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR apply): contract, legitimate interests (security, improvement), consent (where required), and legal obligation.

4. Payments

Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. Their privacy policies apply to data they process as independent controllers/processors. We receive payment status webhooks to unlock access and record receipts.

5. Sharing

We share data only with:

  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
  • Hosting, email, CDN, and security providers needed to run the service.
  • Authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Servers or processors may be located outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses used by vendors).

7. Retention

  • Account and subscription records: while the account is active and as needed for bookkeeping/disputes (typically up to 7 years for financial records where required).
  • Logs: shorter operational windows unless needed for security investigations.
  • After cancellation you may request deletion of account profile data subject to legal retention.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls, and processor-level payment security (PCI scope reduced by using Stripe/PayPal hosted checkout). No method is 100% secure; protect your password and notify us of suspected breach.

9. Cookies

Essential cookies/sessions keep you logged in and store preferences (theme/language). We do not use fake purchase-tracking popups. Any analytics cookies will be disclosed if added later and consent collected where required.

10. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. Contact admin@realf4f.com. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. Children

The service is not directed to children under 16 (or higher age required locally). Do not register if you are under the applicable age.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
